**Counterbalanced Forklift Operator (Pharmaceutical Sector)**
**Position Objective**
Load, unload, organize, and verify materials and/or pharmaceutical products using counterbalanced forklifts, complying with Good Storage Practices, applicable regulations, and quality and safety standards, to ensure inventory reliability and operational continuity.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Operate counterbalanced forklifts to load, unload, and transport materials and/or finished pharmaceutical products.
* Verify equipment functionality via daily checklists, report incidents, and follow up on preventive and corrective maintenance.
* Replace batteries while adhering to safety measures and proper use of PPE.
* Execute warehouse movements (receiving, storage, picking, and shipping) per work instructions and validate via radiofrequency (RF).
* Organize, relocate, and consolidate products according to layout and best practices to optimize space.
* Report damaged products and transfer them to designated areas per procedure.
* Use tools and equipment appropriately, observing safety regulations.
* Comply with applicable safety, quality, and standard guidelines.
**Essential Requirements**
* Completed high school diploma (certificate required).
* Valid DC3 forklift operator license (valid until 2025 or later).
* Proven experience as a counterbalanced forklift operator in a warehouse setting.
* Knowledge of receiving, shipping, and inventory processes.
* Radiofrequency terminal operation (desirable).
* Familiarity with Good Storage Practices.
* Knowledge of industrial safety measures.
