Main Responsibilities * Coordinate and supervise operational activities in the yard. * Ensure proper loading and receiving of materials. * Monitor compliance with safety regulations and equipment usage. * Verify correct distribution of materials in warehouses and designated areas. * Coordinate with logistics and warehouse teams for order preparation and delivery. * Control and optimize the use of human resources and equipment (forklifts, cranes, etc.). * Prepare daily reports on activities and movements. * Train and supervise assigned personnel. Requirements * Minimum Education: Technical degree (completed or incomplete) in Industrial Engineering, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field. * Experience: 1 to 2 years supervising warehouse or operational yard activities. + Knowledge of: Internal logistics and inventory. Industrial safety standards. Operation of forklifts and yard equipment. + Excel and databases. * Desired Courses: Material handling safety and operational leadership. * English: Basic (desirable).
