




**Job Description:** Carry out the talent acquisition process at all levels. Manage various types of recruitment platforms and applications for posting job vacancies. Screen resumes and select candidates according to the corresponding job descriptions. Support the personnel hiring process. (Monitor and track selected candidates, request hiring requirements, compile and manage personnel files, request employment references, support onboarding training, onboarding) Administer psychometric tests and submit test result reports. Maintain accurate control and tracking of the personnel database. (Headcount) Support HR department activities. (Attendance tracking, late arrivals and absences, disseminating internal announcements, supporting workplace climate surveys, supporting team-building and workplace climate events, employee assistance, etc.) **Skills:** **Technical:** Knowledge of software and/or applications for administering various types of psychometric tests Familiarity with job posting platforms or applications Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) **Soft Skills:** Positive attitude Responsible Adaptable Loyal Employment type: Full-time Work location: On-site
