




**Job Responsibilities:** Carry out the talent acquisition process at all levels. Manage various types of recruitment platforms and applications for job posting. Screen resumes and select candidates according to the corresponding job descriptions. Support the personnel hiring process. (Monitoring and tracking selected candidates, requesting hiring requirements, compiling and managing personnel files, requesting employment references, supporting onboarding training and induction programs) Administer psychometric tests and submit test result reports. Maintain timely control and tracking of the personnel database. (Headcount) Support HR department activities. (Attendance, tardiness and absenteeism tracking; dissemination of internal announcements; support for employee engagement surveys; support for team-building and workplace climate events; personnel assistance, etc.) **Skills:** **Technical Skills:** Proficiency in software and/or applications used for administering various types of psychometric tests Familiarity with job posting platforms or applications Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) **Soft Skills:** Positive attitude Responsible Adaptable Loyal Employment Type: Full-time Work Location: On-site
