Job Summary: We are seeking a Systems Assistant to support the hospital’s technological operations by providing technical support, maintenance, and system administration. Key Responsibilities: 1. Provide technical support to users across different hospital departments. 2. Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on computer equipment and peripherals. 3. Responsibilities: * Provide technical support to users across different hospital departments. * Install, configure, and update computer equipment, Windows operating systems, Office applications, and institutional software. * Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on computer equipment and peripherals. * Administer the internal network, voice and data nodes. * Support the administration of video surveillance cameras and DVRs. * Administer telephone switchboards. * Log and track support tickets. * Generate reports and assist with computer equipment inventories. **Profile/Requirements** Requirements * Degree in Systems Engineering, Computer Science, or related field. * Minimum 6 months of experience in technical support. * Knowledge of hardware, software, networks, and computer equipment maintenance. * Proficiency in Windows, Office, and ERP systems. * Basic English. **Competencies** Learning ability, Organization and planning, Technical and personal reliability, Teamwork, Negotiation skills **Level** Employee **Contract Type** Full-time **Duration** Indefinite **Salary** Between $10,001.00 and $12,000.00 MXN gross/month **Minimum Education** Bachelor’s degree **Minimum Experience** At least 1 year **Start Date** 22/01/2026 **Number of Vacancies** 1
