




Job Summary: Provides technical support to CD54 users for systems, computing equipment, monitoring, installation, and validation of order flows, as well as inventory management. Key Responsibilities: 1. Comprehensive technical support for systems and computing equipment. 2. Monitoring and release of store orders. 3. Inventory management and system training. Provide support and assistance to resolve issues for CD54 users regarding systems and computing equipment through proper equipment usage induction, monitoring, support, infrastructure installation, and validation of correct order flow processes in systems for store replenishment. · Support Order Monitoring Operations: Monitor and release store orders according to the calendar. (Request – Billing). Create, monitor, and release Will Call and Line Out orders. Daily reporting of anticipated SKUs, pieces, pallets per order, and operational files. · Inventory Management using the 5S methodology. Update inventory of computing equipment (RF terminals, voice picks, headsets, and consumables). Update IP address inventory. (VNC). · Update Delivery Schedule. Train and onboard new personnel on systems (RF equipment usage). · Installation of voice and data network infrastructure. * Level of Formal Education: An Associate's degree (two\-year program) or equivalent formal training program. * Area of Study: Technical Career in Informatics, Systems, or related fields. * Years of Experience: One to two years. * Type of Experience: End-user technical support, operating system usage, LAN equipment installation, PC configuration, RF equipment.
