Join our team as a Kitchen Assistant. *Requirements:* * Minimum of 6 months prior kitchen experience * Secondary school education * Availability to work scheduled hours *Knowledge and skills:* * Knowledge in food and beverage preparation (desirable) * Operates basic kitchen equipment * Ability to work in a dynamic environment and under pressure. * Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. * Commitment to cleanliness and quality standards. * Proactive attitude, willingness to learn, and ability to work in a team. *Responsibilities:* * Keeps the kitchen, utensils, surfaces, and equipment clean and sanitized. * Performs general cleaning of the kitchen, including garbage removal and refrigerator cleaning. * Monitors and organizes inventory of ingredients and utensils. * Ensures products are stored correctly, checking expiration dates and rotation. * Reports when supplies need replenishing. * Prepares ingredients by washing, peeling, cutting, and weighing fruits, vegetables, and other supplies. * Assists in dish preparation, such as mixing ingredients, preparing sauces and dressings, following the chef's instructions.
