Apply with us to start your selection process as: **MATHS ADVISOR (**Tizayuca, Zumpango, Huehuetoca) Main responsibilities * Provide feedback to teachers regarding pedagogical and behavioral changes needed for better implementation of Innova Schools' pedagogical proposal. * Establish improvement strategies for teachers, individually or collectively, to achieve the expected level of pedagogical practice. * Schedule pedagogical advisory visits to each teacher according to established guidelines. * Coordinate the delivery of progress reports on mentoring to the mathematics coordination and director of learning. Academic background Bachelor's degree in Mathematics with knowledge and experience in mathematics pedagogy at secondary level. Bachelor’s degree in Education, Pedagogy, or Educational Sciences with experience and knowledge in teaching mathematics at secondary level. Preferably with a Master's degree or studies in coaching or training. Required experience * Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar position (training, coaching, teacher follow-up, classroom observations) with a focus on active methodologies, socio-constructivism, or related approaches. * Minimum 2 years of experience as a classroom teacher with a socio-constructivist approach or similar. * Experience in designing teacher training resources. Specific knowledge * Knowledge of current educational plans and programs. * Understanding of the foundations of active methodologies, socio-constructivism, or related approaches. * Knowledge of pedagogical mentoring or teacher training strategies. * Knowledge of effective feedback techniques. * Efficient use of digital tools and educational platforms for communication, documentation, and planning.
