We are looking for a **Cost and Budget Analyst** to provide technical–financial support to projects executed nationwide. This position is office-based and works closely with **field construction supervisors**, assisting them in preparing quotations, analyzing costs, and validating information—enabling the operations team to focus on executing work. It is a key position to ensure **accurate pricing, controlled costs, and well-organized administrative processes**. Key Responsibilities * Prepare project quotations based on unit prices and updated costs. * Analyze material, labor, and service costs. * Provide technical support to construction supervisors for clarifying pricing and scope. * Maintain and update databases of prices, costs, and suppliers. * Request and compare prices from material and service suppliers. * Review and validate completed work reports for administrative closure. * Identify cost variances and report them to the relevant department. * Support the compilation of documentation for payment processes. Requirements * Experience in cost analysis, budgeting, or construction quotation preparation. * Knowledge of unit prices, construction/maintenance materials, and services. * Intermediate–advanced Excel proficiency. * Analytical ability and attention to detail. * Organizational skills and ability to track multiple projects. * Clear communication skills to support field teams.
