




Job Summary: Supervise and control the execution of earthwork activities, ensuring compliance with specifications and quality standards. Key Responsibilities: 1. Experience in soil handling and earthworks 2. Coordination and validation of laboratory and field tests 3. Identification and follow-up of deviations and non-conformities Proven experience in soil handling and earthworks knowledge * Supervise and control field earthwork activities, ensuring compliance with drawings and specifications. * Verify proper formation of cuts, fills, slopes, and embankments. * Coordinate and validate sampling and performance of laboratory and field tests (density, moisture content, CBR). * Review and sign off on compaction and material quality reports. * Identify deviations and non-conformities, document them, and follow up on corrective actions. * Prepare daily progress and quality reports. * Ensure compliance with geotechnical study recommendations on site. * Participate in workface releases and prepare release minutes. * Attend technical meetings to review progress and quality-related issues. * Comply with the project’s quality control program and keep the technical file updated. * Support drawing preparation in coordination with surveying. * Supervise proper handling, storage, and transportation of earthwork materials. * Coordinate with the safety department to verify application of standards at the workface. * Train and guide operational staff on established quality procedures. * Verify condition and calibration of equipment used for field testing.
