Be part of an innovative and modern airline. **MAS**, a Mexican cargo airline that began operations in April 1992 and has since been a benchmark in our country for its innovative processes and modern fleet, is seeking to fill the position of: **Maintenance Manager** Requirements: * Technical degree, Aeronautical Engineering, or related field. * Valid Aviation Medicine medical examination. * Valid AFAC and FAA licenses. * Fluent, advanced English. * Five years’ experience as Maintenance Manager, preferably with knowledge of the A330 family and personnel management. * Flexible schedule availability. Responsibilities: * Responsible for efficient maintenance development. * Responsible for ensuring maintenance operations are conducted with quality, safety, and compliance with manuals. * Responsible for ensuring all personnel under their supervision working in the maintenance area understand the content of policies and adhere to established procedures. * Direct and control required maintenance activities on aircraft.
