Requirements \- Bachelor's degree in Administration, Law, or related field (preferably graduated) \- Minimum of 3 years of experience in labor relations within manufacturing companies (desirable) \- Knowledge and application of the Federal Labor Law, Internal Work Regulations, Collective Labor Contract, and labor updates Functions and responsibilities \- Attend to staff regarding labor matters and provide timely solutions \- Prepare administrative reports and manage employment terminations \- Control employee permits, vacations, and loans \- Manage severance payments and report absences and delays \- Issue employment certificates and handle requests for employment references \- Coordinate and supervise the functions of Security Guards Key skills \- Helpful attitude and effective communication \- Empathy and attention to problems \- Problem solving and decision making Benefits \- Gross monthly salary of $17,000 \- Statutory and additional benefits \- Work from Monday to Friday Are you ready to join our team?
