




Position Summary: We are seeking an operational Kitchen Manager with strong leadership skills to ensure smooth kitchen operations, recipe standardization, and compliance with hygiene and quality standards, thereby guaranteeing a consistent gastronomic experience. Proactive, solution-oriented, and focused on quality and efficiency Position: Kitchen Manager **Location:** We are located 5 minutes from the Atizapán de Zaragoza Municipal Palace, at the level of Las Alamedas. **Schedule:** Full-time shift, with one weekday day off (including public holidays) 10 am \- 7 pm **Position Objective** Ensure proper kitchen operations through team leadership, inventory control, recipe standardization, and adherence to hygiene and quality standards, thereby guaranteeing a consistent and profitable gastronomic experience. **Main Responsibilities** * Lead and coordinate the kitchen team (chefs, assistants, dishwashers, etc.). * Actively participate in food preparation. * Cook, supervise, and ensure correct execution of dishes according to established recipes. * Supervise accurate recipe execution and portioning to prevent waste. * Conduct and manage periodic inventory checks. * Request supplies and maintain optimal stock levels. * Implement and improve kitchen operational processes. * Ensure compliance with safety, hygiene, and cleanliness standards. * Monitor food preparation times and dish quality. * Train kitchen staff and foster teamwork. * Participate in menu innovation and improvement as required. * Ensure proper use of equipment and facilities. **Requirements** * Minimum 2 years’ experience as **Executive Chef, Kitchen Manager, or similar role**.
