Opportunity to work from home on Saturdays based on goal achievement. **Position: Junior Project Designer** **Job Objective** To develop designs, drawings, 3D models, and quantifications that comply with technical specifications and client requirements, ensuring quality, functionality, and adherence to delivery timelines. **Main Responsibilities** * Collaborate with immediate supervisor to prepare project schedules for assigned projects and monitor their proper execution. * Develop architectural drawings, renderings, 3D models, sketches, and visual materials for internal presentations and client meetings. * Conduct property surveys and collect necessary technical information for project development. * Support initial material quantification, quotation preparation, and updating of the supplier database. * Research required technical and regulatory concepts to ensure proper project execution. * Prepare daily, weekly, and biweekly progress reports, and support tracking presentations. * Participate in training sessions, maintain order in the work area, and collaborate in activities that improve departmental quality and productivity. **Responsibilities** * Execute tasks with precision, quality, and strict adherence to technical specifications and regulations. * Meet established delivery deadlines. * Ensure projects meet client needs and expectations. * Monitor execution of projects in which the employee participates. * Use company-assigned assets appropriately. * Maintain confidentiality of company, client, supplier, and colleague information. * Comply with internal policies, labor regulations, and hygiene and safety standards. **Requirements** * **Education:** Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, Interior Design, or related field. * Proficiency in **Revit**. * Proficiency in **AutoCAD**. * Proficiency in **SketchUp**. * Experience in drawing preparation. * Basic knowledge of construction budgeting and volumetric quantification. * Ability to work toward goals. * Punctuality and organizational skills. * Willingness to wear **formal dress code**. * Openness to continuous feedback (weekly 1-on-1 follow-up). * Adherence to internal policies, processes, and regulations. **Schedule and Benefits** * **Schedule:** * Monday to Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. * Saturday, 9:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. * **Payment:** Biweekly. * **Benefits:** Statutory benefits. **Goal-Based Scheme** * Weekly and monthly goal-oriented work. * Upon achieving weekly goals, employees are granted the opportunity to **work from home on Saturdays**. * Upon achieving monthly goals, employees **do not work on the first Saturday of the following month**.
