Please note that Cargill does not provide relocation assistance to the work location** **Primary Responsibilities** * Loading and unloading of materials. * Follows and ensures coworkers comply with safety rules, critical tasks, and HACCP (Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points) procedures in all assigned areas. * Maintains and keeps equipment and facilities in optimal condition. * Performs cleaning tasks in various production areas of the plant. * Completes other operational duties assigned by supervisor. * Attends required training and development programs. * Other assigned functions **Minimum Qualifications** * Over 18 years of age * Completed secondary school and/or high school. * Ability to lift up to 20 kilograms with or without reasonable accommodation. * Ability to work at elevated heights (1.20 meters or more). * Ability to work in different environments where exposure to noise, dust, chemicals, among others may occur, using Personal Protective Equipment (PPE). * Ability to operate machinery and/or industrial equipment with or without reasonable accommodation. * Ability to read and write in Spanish without difficulty. * Ability to work overtime, including weekends, holidays, or different shifts with prior notice. * Ability to perform physical tasks such as bending, climbing up and down stairs, kneeling, crouching, or twisting safely, with or without reasonable accommodation. **Preferred Qualifications** * Prior experience working in a production or plant environment. * Experience using computers. * Practical knowledge of Microsoft Office software, such as Excel and Word. **At Cargill we promote diversity, equity, and inclusion in our processes!** **Please note that Cargill will NEVER request your bank account information, credit cards, usernames, or passwords.
