As a Barista, you will play a fundamental role as an ambassador of Sede Café’s excellence to customers. What you’ll do daily Prepare and serve high-quality coffee beverages in accordance with company standards Interact with customers in a friendly and proactive manner, creating a welcoming atmosphere Maintain your workstation and service area orderly, clean, and presentable, complying with hygiene and safety standards Participate in ongoing training to refine coffee preparation skills and product knowledge Collaborate with the team to ensure efficient and exceptional service Key challenges of the position Ensure consistent preparation quality to maximize sales and achieve a high level of customer return Deliver excellent and swift customer service, ensuring smooth operational flow Requirements to apply Previous experience as a barista.
