At CAF, with over 30 years of success in Mexico, we transform the lives of thousands of passengers… but real change starts with you. **What will be your mission?** *You will be responsible for leading the entire material recovery process*: * Analyze Non-Conformity Reports (NCRs) and define technical corrective action plans * Coordinate the recovery workshop (welding, painting, fiberglass) * Prioritize critical rework activities to ensure production flow (Just\-in\-Time) * Implement engineering modifications directly on the shop floor * Manage material release with the Quality department * Document Cost of Poor Quality (COPQ) for economic recovery from suppliers * Ensure traceability under ISO standards (9001, 14001, 45001\) **What are we looking for?** * Education: Industrial or Mechanical Engineering (degree required).
