**What will be your mission?**
*You will be responsible for leading the entire material recovery process*:
* Analyze Non-Conformity Reports (NCRs) and define technical corrective action plans
* Coordinate the recovery workshop (welding, painting, fiberglass)
* Prioritize critical rework activities to ensure production flow (Just\-in\-Time)
* Implement engineering modifications directly on the shop floor
* Manage material release with the Quality department
* Document Cost of Poor Quality (COPQ) for economic recovery from suppliers
* Ensure traceability under ISO standards (9001, 14001, 45001\)
**What are we looking for?**
* Education:
Industrial or Mechanical Engineering (degree required).
Advanced English desirable.
* Key experience:
3–5 years leading rework teams in industrial environments
Experience with NCRs, quality control, and material validation
Operational planning on the shop floor (prioritization of urgent tasks)
Management and analysis of Cost of Poor Quality (COPQ)
* Technical knowledge:
Advanced interpretation of mechanical drawings
Manufacturing processes: welding, industrial painting, fiberglass
Implementation of engineering changes
ERP system proficiency (BAAN preferred)
COPQ analysis
