




Job Summary: We are seeking a support technician to provide user assistance, maintain equipment and systems, and support technological infrastructure management. Key Responsibilities: 1. Technical support to users (hardware and software) and equipment administration. 2. Incident management, backups, and preventive maintenance. 3. Opportunity to work with Microsoft Office 365 and Active Directory technologies. **Technical Skills (Skills)** * Technical support to users (hardware and software) * Basic networking knowledge (IP, cabling, Wi\-Fi) * Installation and maintenance of computers and printers * Basic backup and data recovery administration * Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365 suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams) * Basic Active Directory knowledge (user creation, passwords) * Email configuration on mobile devices and Outlook * Basic antivirus and device protection knowledge * Ability to document incidents and solutions **General Job Duties** * Respond to and follow up on support tickets * Maintain updated equipment inventory * Perform periodic backups of critical information * Support network and peripheral configurations * Provide support for virtual meetings or videoconferencing setups * Conduct preventive maintenance on equipment * Assist the Systems Department with administrative or control tasks * Desirable: installation of video surveillance cameras **Desirable Requirements** * 1 year of technical support experience (desirable) * Basic knowledge of Windows (10/11\) and Android * Desirable knowledge of SharePoint, Teams, Outlook Web **Personal and Behavioral Competencies** * Proactivity and sense of urgency * Initiative to resolve technical issues * Good interpersonal skills with users and teamwork * Responsibility and organization in tasks * Ability to document procedures or incidents Employment Type: Full-time Salary: $14,000\.00 per month Education: * Incomplete or ongoing Bachelor’s degree (Desirable) Experience: * Technical support: 1 year (Desirable) Work Location: On-site employment
