Job Summary: We are seeking a Payroll Analyst to join our team, responsible for payroll calculation and processing, incident tracking, and employee support. Key Responsibilities: 1. Weekly and biweekly payroll calculation and processing. 2. Incident tracking and preparation of administrative reports. 3. Confidential and organized handling of employee inquiries. We are looking for a **Payroll Analyst** for a company located in Ixtapaluca Centro. **Requirements:** * Minimum 2 years’ experience in payroll preparation and administration. * Knowledge of ISR, IMSS, INFONAVIT, and severance calculations. * Proficiency in SUA, IDSE, and payroll systems. * Intermediate to advanced Excel skills. * Employee-focused attention and service orientation. * Strong sense of confidentiality and organizational ability. **Main Responsibilities:** * Weekly and biweekly payroll calculation and processing. * Incident tracking (absences, disabilities, vacations, etc.). * Preparation of administrative reports. * Handling of employee inquiries. **We Offer:** * Base salary. * Statutory benefits. * 100% IMSS contributions. * Food vouchers. * Job stability. * Work location: Ixtapaluca Centro.
