




Provide support in personnel administration, ensuring compliance with processes related to terminations, medical leaves, personnel file management, and recruitment assistance, contributing to the smooth operation of the Human Resources department. Main responsibilities * Management of **terminations, medical leaves, and personnel movements**. * Administration and updating of **employee files**. * Support in **recruitment and selection processes** (job posting, interviews, follow-up). * Incident tracking and coordination with the payroll department. * Preparation of administrative reports related to personnel. * Interpretation of projective tests * Knowledge of the Federal Labor Law (LFT) Requirements * Minimum **1 year of verifiable experience** in a similar position. * **Degree holder or current intern.** * Degree in **Psychology, Pedagogy, Business Administration, Human Resources, Finance, or related field.** * Knowledge of personnel administration and labor regulations. * Proficiency in digital tools and personnel management systems. * Organizational, communication, and teamwork skills.
