




**1\.GENERAL POSITION OBJECTIVE** Establish clear goals, promoting collaboration, teamwork, effective decision-making, clear and assertive communication to achieve project negotiations in a win-win environment between the end client and DIACO management, ensuring resolution of change risks and issues that could minimize furniture project profitability. **2\.GENERAL COMPETENCIES:** * Analytical and planning skills * Organized * Strategic thinking * Numerical ability * Assertive communication * Decision-making * Problem solving Time management * Continuous learning attitude * Leadership * Initiative and proactivity * Responsible * Emotional intelligence * Negotiation * Personnel management * Teamwork * Frustration tolerance * Flexible availability * Interpersonal relationship management **3\.SPECIFIC JOB FUNCTIONS** * Project planning. * Supervision of activities of assigned personnel. * Client handling. * Evaluation of activities performed by assigned personnel. * Supervision of schedule execution according to planning. * Ensure continuity of requested services (purchases, contractors, design, executive project). * Establish sales terms and conditions with the client. * Report any incidents involving external departments to direct supervisor. * Supervise furniture manufacturing process at least once a week. * Involve users or clients when necessary, negotiating commitments with them or other involved parties. * Review and validate budgets. * Follow up with client regarding payments. * Ensure projects are properly and formally closed with the client (operationally and financially). * Ensure administrative compliance of personnel with established procedures. * Ensure communication at all levels (team visibility and client progress updates). * Train and update subordinates on internal processes or client-related information. * Ensure compliance with client requirements and resolve any ambiguities according to established procedures in the QMS, specific design and development points, customer service, and awareness. * Ensure continuous improvement is implemented at each process stage as a responsible party, participant, and implementer. * Fulfill strategic objectives set by management. * **RESPONSIBILITIES AND AUTHORITIES** * Validation of processes and activities of subordinates. * Authority over assigned personnel. * Anticipate or resolve incidents through a planning process. * Conduct project planning meetings with involved departments according to project needs. * Supervise correct process execution under established policies. * Scheduled supervision of production progress according to work order. * Regarding construction, review weekly estimates generated by brand manager during site visits compared to established construction schedule, and develop advancement strategies as required by the project. * Design and coordinate project plans.
