In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring that material movement and storage operations are completed while adhering to all policies and procedures to guarantee compliance with all safety standards and regulations. **Key Responsibilities:** · Perform manual procedures to prepare railcars for loading and unloading, including opening hatches, opening railcar doors, rigging hoists to cover barges, connecting pumps, and positioning pumps—with frequent guidance. · Collect product samples. · Complete loading/unloading inspections, documentation, and process quality records—both manually and electronically. · Understand and comply with all safety policies and procedures, including equipment lockout/tagout labels. · Perform other duties as assigned. **Minimum Qualifications:** * Must be at least 18 years of age. * Ability to perform physical tasks such as bending, climbing up/down ladders, kneeling, stooping, or twisting safely—with or without reasonable accommodation. * Ability to lift up to 25 kilograms—with or without reasonable accommodation. * Ability to work in elevated areas (1.20 meters or higher). * Ability to work in varied environments where noise, dust, chemicals, and other hazards may be present—while using Personal Protective Equipment (PPE). * Completed high school education or higher. * Experience using a computer. **At Cargill, we champion diversity, equity, and inclusion throughout our processes!** Employment Type: Full-time, Project-based or Fixed-term Contract Salary: $11,420.13 per month Benefits: * Transportation assistance or service * Savings fund * Medical expense insurance * Major medical expense insurance * Discounted cafeteria service * Additional vacation days or paid leave * Grocery vouchers Work Location: On-site
