




Position Summary: Provide support and technical assistance to CD users for systems and computing equipment, ensuring proper workflow of systems for store replenishment. Key Responsibilities: 1. Comprehensive technical support for users and computing equipment. 2. Preventive and corrective maintenance of equipment. 3. Management and configuration of key technologies such as radio frequency. Provide support and troubleshooting assistance to CD users regarding systems and computing equipment through equipment usage training, monitoring, technical support, infrastructure installation, and validation of correct order-processing workflows in systems for store replenishment. Provide support and troubleshooting assistance to CD users regarding systems and computing equipment through equipment usage training, monitoring, technical support, infrastructure installation, and validation of correct order-processing workflows in systems for store replenishment. * Technical Support: Technical support to users on general computing equipment and telephony. * Scheduled preventive and corrective maintenance of equipment. * User data backup. * Maintenance and repair of printing equipment; re-printing of purchase order invoices. * Management and configuration of radio frequency terminals. * Design and printing of various labels. * Resetting users locked out of the system. * Full formatting of PCs and complete installation with company software. * Draft reports in Teamtrack, HelpDesk, and external systems. * Report incidents and failures. * Support order monitoring operations. * Daily reporting of anticipated SKUs, pieces, pallets per order, and files for operations. * Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field. * One year of experience in similar positions. * Type of experience: Technical user support, operating system usage, LAN network equipment installation, PC equipment configuration, radio frequency.
