Responsibilities:
**The Opportunity**
Responsible for coordinating, supervising, and developing the sales team in the grocery channel, ensuring achievement of business objectives, proper point-of-sale execution, and growth in market share within the assigned territory.
This role involves operational leadership in the field, monitoring distribution and sales routes, customer service, analysis of key performance indicators, and supervision of commercial and administrative processes—ensuring high levels of service, productivity, and product availability.

Qualifications:

* Completed Bachelor’s degree
* 1 year of experience
* Personnel leadership experience
* Package logistics management
* Minimum 1 year of experience
* Leadership skills
* Availability to work Monday–Saturday
* Valid driver’s license
