Seeking candidates with a **high degree of responsibility** and **integrity**, **committed and aligned with company policies and procedures**, to develop within the company using best practices as a **Customer Facilities Maintenance Coordinator** **With the following qualifications** * Education: Completed high school or incomplete bachelor’s degree * Administrative experience * Ability to drive standard and automatic transmission vehicles; valid driver’s license required **Responsibilities** * Personnel coordination * Preparation and follow-up of quotations and budgets for customers * Quotations and payments to suppliers * Clarification of inquiries and issue resolution * Internal and external customer service * Planning, coordination, and follow-up of customer maintenance activities (e.g., organizing service routes, field visits) * General knowledge of industrial and domestic maintenance is mandatory (e.g., welding, electricity, plumbing) * Knowledge and use of basic tools—mechanical, electrical, pneumatic * Familiarity with metric and imperial units (pressure, temperature, volume, mass, length) * Basic mechanical knowledge **Skills** * Excel proficiency * Teamwork * Strong verbal communication skills * Professional ethics * Organized **Compensation and Additional Benefits** * Competitive monthly salary * Full statutory benefits * Additional benefits including food vouchers and savings fund * Direct employment with the company **Working Hours:** Monday–Friday, 09:00–18:00 hrs; Saturday, 09:00–13:00 hrs **Location:** Xalostoc, 5 minutes from the Morelos Highway Y-intersection.
