




Job Summary: The QMS Coordinator will implement, manage, coordinate, and ensure compliance with the standards of the Quality Management System, promoting continuous improvement. Collaboration on quality initiatives with the corporate department Description and details of responsibilities The QMS Coordinator will implement, manage, coordinate, and ensure compliance with the standards of the organization's Quality Management System, promoting and encouraging staff awareness of their contribution to the implementation, monitoring, and effectiveness of the system through the monitoring and control of the processes declared within the scope and establishment of actions for continuous improvement. * Participate in ISO 9001 Certification Project. * Manage all QMS document changes. * Organizes and prepares quality/QMS data for management reviews. * Collaborates with DAA Corporate Quality department on quality projects and initiatives. * Tracks and monitors the progress of QMS changes. * Guides other functional departments on best practices for authoring QMS documentation. * Collaborates with the Quality Assurance Manager to determine/update the Quality Policy, Quality Objectives, and other QMS processes. * Coordinates internal audits to evaluate the performance of the quality management system and current processes in the plant, through the execution of audit programs and plans, development and administration of the team of internal auditors, and execution.
