Excellent Superior benefits package **Essential functions and responsibilities include the following:** * Perform inspections according to the corresponding manufacturing process using applicable contract documents and calibrated measuring tools per procedure—from Incoming to Finished Goods. * Document inspections in appropriate records (control sheets or inspection forms). * Raise/Create non-conforming product reports and follow up for correction and closure. * Generate indicators based on inspection results. * Collaborate with cross-functional and production teams to resolve major manufacturing quality issues or issues with suppliers. * Perform inspections according to special process manufacturing procedures (Crimping and Torque) using applicable documents and calibrated measuring tools per procedure. * Inspect materials according to the corresponding manufacturing process using applicable documents—from receipt through disposition—ensuring their conformity (Applicable only to Incoming Inspector). **Education and Experience:** * Education: Completed upper secondary education with Technical Certificate or High School Diploma. * Minimum 2 years of tenure at Motherson. * Knowledge of quality criteria and quality documents. * Achievement of Positive Snag Indicator. * Proficiency in using measuring instruments and interpreting engineering drawings. **Skills/Knowledge:** * Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint (preferred). * Experience with any ERP system (preferred). * Problem-solving, communication, and teamwork. * Adherence to standards. **We Offer:** * Primary workplace is Huehuetoca, State of Mexico. * This is a full-time permanent position with competitive total compensation. * Company offering equal opportunities \- Inclusive company. * Excellent Superior benefits package. * Professional development. **Application Steps:** * To learn more about this position and apply, please visit the following link: https://hcnh.fa.us2\.oraclecloud.com/hcmUI/CandidateExperience/es/sites/CX\_1001/requisitions/preview/898
