Resolution of failures in critical systems. **Objective:** Coordinate and supervise the work team to ensure that common areas (equipment, facilities, assets) operate under optimal conditions through proper control of preventive and corrective maintenance activities, including landscaping and cleaning. Ensure the proper functioning of hydraulic, electrical, and sanitary installations; wastewater treatment plant (WWTP); water pumping system; and irrigation systems.
