**FUNCTIONS:** * Repair of diesel engine tractor-trailer units (ISX, N\-14, DETROIT, X15, CNG AND LNG). * Ensure fleet availability. * Ensure compliance with preventive and corrective maintenance programs. * General knowledge in fifth wheel unit repairs and maintenance. * Coordinate compliance with tire expense $/km target. * Identify and minimize work risks. * Review material withdrawals by technicians (authorization). * Authorize and supervise purchase orders. * Monitor mechanical issues at bases. * Track invoices to suppliers. * Manage maintenance expenses. * Experience in evaluation and hiring of technicians across various disciplines. * Strong leadership skills and ability to motivate and guide the team. * Immediate follow-up and response to mechanical and roadside reports issued by Operators. * Supervise the execution of preventive maintenance on units. **ESSENTIAL, PLEASE SUBMIT YOUR RESUME IF YOU POSSESS THE FOLLOWING KNOWLEDGE:** * DIESEL ENGINES (ISX, N\-14, DETROIT, X15, CNG AND LNG). * KNOWLEDGE OF SAFETY POINTS ON TRACTORS, FIFTH WHEELS AND TRAILERS. * FULLER 18-SPEED MANUAL AND/OR AUTOMATIC TRANSMISSIONS. * TURBOCHARGER SYSTEMS WITH AND WITHOUT EGR. * CONVENTIONAL SERVICE BRAKE SYSTEMS AND ABS. * GENERAL LIGHTING SYSTEMS, ALTERNATORS AND STARTERS. * Availability: Travel / Shift work / Sundays and Holidays (Facility operates 24/7\). **"Please apply only if you meet the required profile"**
