**RETAILEADER S.A DE C.V** **Plastic Manufacturing Company Seeks:** Electromechanical Technician **Requirements:** * **Education:** Electromechanics or related field * **Experience:** Two years in the industrial sector (industrial electricity, hydraulic systems, electromechanics) * Flexible working hours **Specific Knowledge:** * Familiarity with injection molding, extrusion, and bag-making machines * Mechanical machining * Ability to interpret electrical diagrams, DTIs, and mechanical drawings * Intermediate-level knowledge of control and automation * Advanced knowledge of hydraulics, pneumatics, motor control, electrical installations, and mechanical transmissions * Proficiency in predictive maintenance instruments (vibration analysis / thermography) * Advanced knowledge of 5S and TPM * Define and plan maintenance policies to improve preventive maintenance models and establish rational operational maintenance methodologies * Ensure proper operation of company equipment and facilities * Plan preventive and predictive maintenance for production lines, ensuring their functionality * Develop and maintain up-to-date preventive and predictive maintenance manuals, verifying their implementation **Skills:** * Excellent interpersonal skills * Leadership qualities demonstrated through personal example * Problem-solving ability * Time management is the process of organizing and planning how much available time to allocate to each activity * Ability to adapt to new situations or circumstances **We Offer:** * Competitive salary * Statutory benefits * Continuous training **Join our team!** You may also send your CV to the following number: 5635295877 Job type: Full-time Workplace: On-site employment
