REQUIREMENTS * Bachelor's degree in Pedagogy, Chemical Engineering in Food, or related field * 1 year of experience in the position * Must not live more than one hour away from the workplace * Strong communication skills * Food safety culture, food defense, knowledge of FSSC, HACCP RESPONSIBILITIES * Report any issue(s) regarding the FSMS to the identified person(s). * Develop training programs and keep them updated. * Monitor monthly/annual training programs. * Support quality and food safety programs. * Calculate training indicators. * Prepare materials for delivering topics and related events. * Deliver training on quality and food safety topics. * Conduct induction training for new employees. * Coordinate with specialized instructors and department supervisors for topic delivery.
