**Join the Cinebox Play Tula team as Operations Manager!** **Position Objective** Support daily operations of the establishment by coordinating maintenance, hygiene, safety, staff training, and commercial activities to ensure efficient performance. **Key Responsibilities** * Execute and monitor maintenance, hygiene, and occupational safety programs. * Supervise implementation of staff training programs and performance tracking plans for subordinates. * Monitor commercial and marketing activities. * Coordinate daily operations of the establishment. **Required Profile** * Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Economics and Administration, or related field. * Experience in revenue control, staff recruitment, and training. * Experience in retail sales, KPI management, and performance evaluation development. * Knowledge of safety and hygiene protocols. * Staff supervision and coordination experience. * Preventive and corrective maintenance management experience. **Key Competencies** * Operational coordination * Staff leadership * KPI monitoring * Occupational safety and hygiene **Requirements** * Higher education – Bachelor’s degree. * Professional experience: 2 years. **About CINEBOX** Cinebox is a cinema chain operating in over 7 states across Mexico, with more than 40 years of experience in the film exhibition industry.
