MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES: RECRUITMENT AND SELECTION: \-Recruitment and selection of candidates for various branches \-Verification of employment references \-Coordination of hiring and onboarding processes PERSONNEL ADMINISTRATION: \-Compilation and maintenance of employee files \-Tracking of attendance incidents (absences, tardiness, vacations, disabilities) \-Support in payroll preparation \-Monitoring employee hires and terminations with IMSS \-Compliance with labor obligations LABOR RELATIONS: \-Addressing personnel inquiries or issues \-Following up on termination and resignation procedures \-Monitoring and addressing labor discipline matters REQUIREMENTS: \-Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Business Administration, or Human Resources \-Prior experience in recruitment and personnel administration \-Experience in tracking attendance incidents or supporting payroll activities \-Strong communication skills and ability to resolve personnel-related situations Employment Type: Full-time, Indefinite-term Salary: $11,000.00 per month Benefits: * Company parking * Free uniforms Work Location: On-site employment
