




Position Summary: We are seeking an Administrative Assistant to perform tasks related to payroll preparation and control, as well as personnel documentation and personnel files within the furniture industry. A reputable company in the furniture industry is seeking: **ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT**, to work in the payroll department. **EXPERIENCE:** 2 years working as an administrative assistant (not exclusive). **OBJECTIVE:** To execute the tasks, controls, and procedures necessary for accurate and timely preparation of payroll for administrative and unionized staff; to maintain optimal control over documentation, forms, and personnel files across the entire organization. **TECHNICAL KNOWLEDGE:** * Proficiency in Office suite, with outstanding Excel skills. * Hiring processes for unionized personnel. * Use of time clocks for report generation. **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Updating personnel files. * Hiring unionized workers. * Data entry for payroll (vacations, leaves of absence). * Monthly closing of production attendance and overtime hours. * Vacation tracking. * Control of exit slips and petty cash reports. * Collaboration with the company accountant regarding attendance, leaves of absence, and overtime hours for staff. **WORK SCHEDULE:** Monday to Friday, from 8:00 AM to 5:30 PM.
