Job Summary: Responsible for ensuring product quality from development through mass production, managing quality systems, audits, and associated documentation. Key Responsibilities: 1. Ensure product quality at all stages 2. Manage product quality with the customer 3. Maintain the IATF16949 quality management system 1. Ensure product quality in the plant and for external customers starting from the development phase, following the APQP methodology, and throughout the entire production process. 2. Resolve initial quality issues and prepare manufacturing inspection documents and all PPAP-related documentation. 3. Manage product quality in the plant and with the customer after mass production. 4. Maintain, supervise, review, and verify the quality management system according to the IATF16949 standard. 5. Manage implementation of the Control Plan, FMEA, and laboratory testing. 6. Coordinate implementation, management, and follow-up of audits with the work team and customers until satisfactory results are achieved. 7. Update the quality management system structure and controls in collaboration with all involved departments. 8. Support customer audits, verify laboratory work, update documentation, and meet various KPIs (scrap, FTQ, etc.).
