




DESCRIPTION Eosol Group, a leader in the renewable energy sector, is seeking to hire an Operation and Maintenance (O&M) Technician with at least five years of proven experience. The ideal candidate will join our team to ensure excellence in the operation and maintenance of our photovoltaic plants, actively contributing to the efficiency and profitability of our projects. **Key Responsibilities:** * Perform operation and preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance tasks at photovoltaic plants. * Supervise the proper functioning of plant equipment and systems (solar panels, inverters, transformers, cabling, etc.). * Efficiently diagnose and resolve technical faults and incidents. * Conduct periodic inspections and prepare detailed technical reports on the condition of installations. * Ensure compliance with occupational health and safety regulations during all interventions. * Manage inventory of spare parts and materials required for maintenance. * Collaborate with other departments to optimize plant performance. * Participate in implementing improvements and new technologies to enhance energy efficiency. * Maintain accurate records of all operation and maintenance activities. * Respond promptly and effectively to alarms and emergencies. **Job Requirements:** * Vocational training (FP) in Electricity, Electronics, Mechatronics, or related fields. * Minimum of five years’ experience in the operation and maintenance of photovoltaic plants. * In-depth knowledge of photovoltaic technologies and their main components. * Ability to interpret electrical schematics and technical drawings. * Experience using electrical diagnostic and measurement tools. * Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel. * Proficiency in office software (Microsoft Office). * Strong safety orientation and adherence to protocols. **Preferred Qualifications:** * Additional training in renewable energies or industrial maintenance. * Experience with SCADA monitoring and control systems. * Knowledge of welding or working at heights. * Experience maintaining electrical substations. * Certification for handling loads or equivalent.
