Opportunity to implement improvements IMPORTANT: COMPANY DEDICATED TO THE TRANSPORTATION AND LOGISTICS SECTOR IS SEEKING: **\*ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT / OFFICE MANAGER\*** **Requirements:** Education: TSU in Logistics, Transportation, Administration, or related field Gender: Unrestricted **Prior experience in a similar position.** Excel proficiency (Microsoft Office suite): Basic\-Intermediate Experience using an ERP system **Responsibilities:** * Provide tools and supplies to staff; serve as liaison between Querétaro workshop and Tepeji base. * Ensure process compliance, warehouse control, entry of maintenance orders, staff incidents, and staff evaluations. * Supervise and manage container rental operations, ensure timely rental fee collection (reconciliation). * Guarantee equipment availability for customers. * Implement improvements, collect NR fees, report collisions, conduct cyclic inventories, and request tools and spare parts. * Ensure preventive maintenance is performed. * Sign work permits (industrial safety). * Knowledge of traffic regulations **Competencies:** Analytical thinking Communication Leadership Planning Organization **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 6:30 PM **Work Location:** Tepeji del Río, Hidalgo. **We Offer:** Monthly salary (100% payroll).
