**Functions:** * Ensure unit availability according to traffic demands. * Knowledge of Heavy Duty Engines VOLVO, KW, International. * Weekly and monthly KPI tracking. * Strong leadership skills and ability to motivate and guide the team. * Personnel management. * Coordinate preventive maintenance of units on time through proper scheduling. * Immediate follow-up and response to mechanical and roadside reports issued by Operators. * Ensure proper maintenance of units. * Prevent unit breakdowns during trips due to poor maintenance. * Handle unexpected incidents or breakdowns of units during trips. * Coordinate unit repairs by assigning tasks to appropriate personnel. * Supervise the execution of preventive maintenance performed on units. * Request spare parts from the corresponding department. **Requirements:** * Education: Mechanical Engineering degree * Experience: Minimum 3\-4 years verifiable with reference letters. * Must have flexible schedule availability and willingness to work weekends. * Diesel Engines L (ISX, N\-14, DETROIT, X15, CNG and LNG). **Benefits:** * Life insurance * Free uniforms * Grocery vouchers
