




Job Summary: Manage system capacities, analyze information, and monitor indicators for the Appointments and Reception area to identify and resolve issues. Key Responsibilities: 1. Manage and analyze the appointment scheduling system 2. Train providers and generate operational indicators 3. Timely monitoring of the appointment scheduling system Position Objective: Manage the various system capabilities, analyze information, and monitor indicators for the Appointments and Reception area to identify and resolve problems Conduct timely monitoring of the appointment scheduling system in accordance with established standards and processes Train all new providers and those who request training according to the Appointments Manual Generate operational indicators based on appointments scheduled by provider and by administrative staff . -Requirements- Minimum Education: Higher Education – Bachelor's Degree 2 years of experience Languages: English Age: 23 years or older Knowledge: Indicators, Microsoft Office, Providers, SAP ERP, Monitoring
