Responsibilities Manage and organize documents and files related to the work performed by mechanical technicians. Coordinate receipt of spare parts arriving from the warehouse. Perform photographic evidence collection tasks for work activities and spare parts. Assist in requesting materials such as tools, spare parts, and stationery. · Requirements Prior experience in administrative support roles is preferred, especially in the automotive sector. Proficiency in office tools and management software. Availability for relocation and working hours from Monday to Saturday.
