This is how we live our Holcim Spirit culture—focused on purpose, people, and performance—to accelerate sustainable construction. **WE ARE LOOKING FOR YOU:** Diesel Unit Mechanic You will be responsible for carrying out and executing maintenance activities assigned to crushing and screening equipment, coordinating tasks performed by external maintenance providers, and responding to maintenance requests arising during equipment operation, ensuring optimal operating conditions, including inspections for wear and lubricant leaks. **Your main challenges will be:** * Conduct wear inspections on crushing and screening equipment by maintaining a logbook per machine to prevent failures and breakdowns, ensuring continuous operation. * Respond to maintenance requests and emergencies occurring during equipment operation. * Perform lubrication and oil changes on crushing and screening equipment. * Maintain facility signage. * Perform maintenance on wear parts and protective linings of crushing and screening equipment. * Carry out welding work on mobile equipment. * Coordinate with the supply department to ensure timely delivery and quality of spare parts required for scheduled maintenance programs. * Execute maintenance programs and controls for crushing and screening equipment. * Supervise internal and external personnel at the plant in performing maintenance routines and service requests under your responsibility. **Work location:** Gravasa Apaxco \- Avenida Industrial S/N, C.P. 55660, Apaxco, State of México **Essential requirements:** * Diesel technician, automotive technician, or related field * Two years of experience in diesel mechanics on heavy equipment, knowledge of pneumatics and electricity, preventive maintenance, air systems, and transmissions. * Knowledge of industrial safety * Valid driver's license * Must reside in the area **DON'T MISS THE OPPORTUNITY TO JOIN OUR TEAM!** **BUILD PROGRESS WITH US** Job type: Full-time Education: * Completed higher technical degree (Desirable) Experience: * General maintenance: 1 year (Desirable) * Mechanics: 1 year (Desirable)
