A prominent real estate group is looking for your talent as a **FINANCE MANAGER.** **Profile:** * Certified Public Accountant — **degree mandatory.** * Graduate degree in Taxation, Finance, or MBA; professional certification or current tax license. (PREFERRED) **Objective:** A professional with solid experience in comprehensive management of financial, accounting, and tax departments, oriented toward results and regulatory compliance. Specialist in tax planning, optimization of financial resources, and ensuring accurate preparation of financial statements in accordance with local and international regulations for executives. **Job Responsibilities:** * Supervise and coordinate general accounting and monthly/annual closings. * Ensure compliance with tax and fiscal obligations. * Develop financial and tax planning strategies. * Prepare and analyze financial statements. * Manage budgets, cash flow, and financial projections. * Coordinate internal and external audits. * Implement internal controls and financial policies. * Lead accounting and tax teams. **Experience:** * Experience managing **direct reports** (6 to 10 people). * Knowledge of tax and accounting regulations (local and international). * ERP system proficiency (COI, NOI, Neodata). * Advanced Excel and financial tools. * Electronic accounting and invoicing (CFDI). * Mexican tax legislation (ISR, IVA, CFF, LISR). * Financial Reporting Standards (NIF) and IFRS/NIIF. **Competencies:** * Strategic and analytical thinking. * Leadership and team management. * Data-driven decision making. * Tax and regulatory knowledge. * Financial planning. * Risk management. * Effective communication.
