Dynamic role involving on-site interaction and team management **TRANSMAL LOGISTICS COMPANY** ***HIRING: OPERATIONS SUPERVISORS (FIELD-BASED)*** **REQUIREMENTS:** * Minimum 1 year of verifiable experience as a supervisor or area manager * Completed high school diploma, bachelor’s degree, or related field of study * Age between 25 and 50 years * Ability to read and interpret blueprints and layouts * **Willingness and availability for frequent travel** * Flexible working hours * Gender-neutral **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Contact site resident or construction manager upon arrival at store * Request information regarding basic services and potential delays * Joint inspection of facilities and spaces * Receive and verify furniture, internal consumables, and gondola shelving * Review and verify measurements against the provided layout or blueprint * Coordinate and supervise unloading operations * Complete daily reports (status and attendance list) * Submit photographic evidence of entry and exit * Submit scope form * Assign tasks to operations personnel **WE OFFER:** * Base salary of $12,430 per month (gross) * Travel allowances of $6,000 per month * Accommodation for the duration of store assignment orders * Working hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM; Saturdays, 8:00 AM to 2:00 PM * Overtime and double shifts * Immediate hiring ***CONTRACT SIGNING LOCATION: ATIZAPAN DE ZARAGOZA, STATE OF MEXICO*** Employment type: Full-time Salary: $10,000.00 - $12,000.00 per month Benefits: * Transportation assistance or service Work location: On the road
