Continuous professional development and a positive work environment. **Position:** Upholstery Production Supervisor **Immediate hiring** **\*\*\*Please maintain communication through this channel only\*\*\*** **Required Profile** * **Education:** Technical degree in Manufacturing, Industrial Engineering, or related field * **Experience:** Minimum 2 years as a supervisor in production areas, preferably in furniture or manufacturing sectors. **Essential Knowledge:** * Operational management of production processes. * Reading and interpretation of blueprints and manuals. * Quality control in manufacturing processes. * Intermediate Excel proficiency. * Use of information technologies and production control systems. * Personnel supervision and resource management. **Desirable Knowledge** (PLUS) * Operational KPI management / Statistical process control * BPM / Process Management. * ISO 9001 (orders, quality, non-conformities). * Lean Manufacturing (5S, Kaizen, SMED, VSM) * Time studies and Industrial Safety **Soft Skills** (Highly Valued) * Operational leadership. * Discipline and adherence to processes. * Organization and effective communication. * Teamwork and problem-solving. * Results orientation and continuous improvement. **Key Responsibilities** * Supervise the upholstery team and coordinate daily activities. * Ensure process and final product quality. * Optimize production times, workflows, and sequences. * Control materials, consumption, and waste. * Maintain batch and manufacturing order traceability. * Coordinate with Production, Quality, Warehouse, and Maintenance departments. * Supervise proper use of machinery and tools. * Train, lead, and monitor personnel performance. * Record incidents, non-conformities, and corrective actions. * Comply with and enforce Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) regulations. **We Offer** * Monday to Friday, 7:00 am to 5:00 pm. * Immediate hiring and career development plan. * Ongoing internal training. * Positive work environment and opportunities for professional growth. * Competitive salary (based on experience and profile). * Stability and growth Employment Type: Full-time Salary: $12,000.00 \- $13,000.00 per month Benefits: * Company parking * Option for indefinite-term contract Application Question(s): * Do you use digital and technological tools for work?
