




* Carry out the preparation of menus according to the schedule defined by the Nutrition Department. · Perform washing, disinfection, cooking, preparation, and final presentation of food items included in the menus to provide service in the kitchen and dining room and/or clinical nutrition and special events. · Organize food portions requested for the food service. · Perform washing and disinfection of equipment, utensils, and work areas used during food preparation. · Prepare snacks for family members responsible for hospitalized patients. · Carry out advance preparations for services as required under specified hygienic conditions to provide food service. · Participate in preparing supply requisitions for proper operation of the service. · Actively participate in developing continuous improvement programs in favor of the quality and safety of Centro Médico Belén Arturo Hernández Máximo. · Care for equipment, materials, kitchen utensils, and raw ingredients for their use during patient food service. · Attend work meetings punctually when summoned. · Actively participate in training events when called upon, aimed at enhancing professional competencies. · Know, comply with, and ensure compliance with the Internal Regulations of Centro Médico Belén Arturo Hernández Máximo, as well as participate in their periodic updates as required. · Optimize the use of equipment, supplies, materials, and resources within their work area.
