RESPONSIBILITIES: One year providing first-level technical support and service to various clients and end users, covering both software and hardware. Knowledge of information technologies: computer equipment, hardware, software, access control, CCTV, structured cabling, networks, communications, or related areas. Familiarity with service desk systems. Availability and willingness to work 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Basic knowledge of facility maintenance is desirable.
