General facility maintenance tasks We are looking for a General Maintenance Technician Requirements: * Completed secondary education * 2 years of experience performing preventive and corrective maintenance in electricity, drywall, painting, and plumbing within buildings. Responsibilities: Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on facilities, including painting, electricity, plumbing, and general maintenance. Prepare logbooks. Track work plans. · Working hours: 6:00 AM – 2:00 PM, with one day off per week.
