Focused on achieving objectives and goals Available Home Collection Officer Position at Banco Azteca Job Objective As a home collection officer, responsible for validating the information of customers applying for credit, as well as establishing payment plans for customers in their first weeks of delinquency, thereby building long-term relationships with our customers. · Key Responsibilities Visit the homes of customers who have applied for credit and validate the information provided in their applications. Understand customers’ needs to offer them the best solution enabling them to keep their accounts current. Provide service to our customers with respect and kindness. Operate a motorcycle in compliance with safety regulations, always using required and necessary protective equipment. Requirements Experience in Customer Service, Collections, or Sales. Motorcycle operation experience. Valid motorcycle driver’s license. Proficiency in using mobile devices. Focused on achieving objectives and goals. Effective communication and teamwork skills.
