We offer a robust career plan with opportunities for growth and professional development. · Job Objective Ensure an excellent customer experience by selling savings, investment, and insurance products to establish long-term relationships (no prior experience required; training provided). · Requirements: Strong verbal communication skills. Enthusiasm for interacting with customers. Preferably prior experience in customer service/sales/retail... Goal- and objective-oriented. Availability to work rotating shifts and weekends. Integrity in performing duties. · Value Proposition Base salary: $2,200 weekly + compensation scheme. Statutory benefits: Vacation starting at 12 days per year, vacation bonus of 25% annually, Christmas bonus of 15 days per year (increasing with seniority). Uniforms. Paid training. Working Conditions: 8-hour daily schedule Monday through Sunday, with one weekday day off. Weekly rotating schedule. One weekend day off per month. Life insurance, increasing with income and seniority.
