Position Profile: We seek professionals with a commercial vocation and passion for education, goal-oriented, and with a strong focus on service and support for families. Requirements:  Bachelor’s degree preferred (in business administration, communication, or related fields).  Minimum of 1 year of sales experience, preferably in the education sector or in marketing intangible services.  Proficiency in prospecting techniques, handling objections, and closing sales.  Experience in face-to-face sales.  Ability to work toward targets and under commission-based structures.  Familiarity with CRM systems and digital sales tracking tools is preferred. Key Responsibilities:  Conduct informational sessions with students and parents to present Innova Schools’ educational offerings.  Follow up with prospects and ensure their conversion into enrolled students.  Host and guide campus tours, ensuring a positive experience.  Provide detailed information about services, benefits, and brand differentiators.  Participate in educational fairs, institutional events, and promotional activities.  Achieve the assigned enrollment target for new students at the campus.
